CostFlex system has
always offered a no cause refund provision in each of their
software sales and turnkey installation agreements.
Specifically, after the software module is made completely
operational on the hospitals’ computer system, the user can
choose to return the system and receive a refund of all
license fees paid. The time period for this provision is
normally three months.
